NTGU Terms & Conditions:

BUY-IN/REGISTRATION:

  • Pre-register 60 days in advance to guarantee participation.
  • Pay 45 days or more prior to the date of the event to receive spectator wrist bands for pre-sale.
  • Pay 30 days or less prior to the date of the event and you are at risk of being moved to a wait-list & no pre-sale spectator wrist bands will be sent.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Cancellations submitted on or before 45 days prior to event will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations submitted after 45 days and before 31 days prior to event will receive a credit to a future event during the current season.
  • Cancellations submitted 30 days prior to event will not receive a refund or credit.
  • All cancellations and refund/credit requests must be submitted via email to info@bravospiritevents.com to be considered.
  • If the event is cancelled by NTGU/BRAVO receive a full refund.

Full Paid Cheer Bids will be based on Registration to the event (a minimum of 50 teams must register & compete)

IMPORTANT: 2023-2024 Gym/Program Attendance Criteria

  • Gyms and Programs attending Bravo events must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a WASF World Championship Bid.
  • All Programs must attend with 3 competitive Allstar teams (may include Worlds teams).

OR

  • Programs can opt to attend a Bravo or Cheer Star event in the current season with their entire program. The exceptions include Gym Showcase & NTGU events, should a program choose an event which dates after the bid event then full payment must be received prior to bid competition.
  • Mileage Waiver: Programs (gym/studio) located more than 400 miles from the event are not required to attend the event with additional competitive teams.
  • You do not have to be a member of a particular organization to attend Bravo events.
  • Your athlete doesn’t need to become an immediate member of WASF to attend any championship.
  • At whatever point your team receives a bid to the WASF World Championship or you decide to attend, you’ll need to secure membership at that point with the WASF.
  • Please note: WASF eligible bid divisions will incur an additional $20 per athlete added to the regular athlete registration fee.
  • The above information is to be used as a reference only and is subject to change and adjustments may be made to this declaration. We are determined to do our best to provide the bids as planned.

Discounts & Increases:

  • Programs who pay 60 days in advance will have all crossover fees waived.

  • Pay 29 days or less prior to the date of the event and add $5 for one day events & $10 for two day events, per participant.

Cancellations:
