You can use your USASF rosters. If you are not a member there, you can access background checks using any of these links: USA Cheer, Been Verified, or Background Checks.
The contact person and director listed in Reg Champ, along with the coaches listed on each team. Please double-check that you have the correct emails for your staff in Reg Champ.
- Proof of clear background check for all staff and team parents aged 18 and older.
- Proof of music license for all teams — your music producer can provide this for you.
- Waiver/Release completed in Reg Champ, or use our physical form: Release Forms
- Team roster (from any system): Team Roster
- Coach, Junior Coach, and Team Parent roster — typed out on a Word document or any format.
Bravo is never “Stay to Play”, however you will find a list below of events that have hotel blocks for your convenience. Competition Travel is our Official Travel Partner and has made arrangements for discounted hotel pricing at select hotels to ensure you receive the best pricing for our events!

NTGU Terms & Conditions:
BUY-IN/REGISTRATION:
- Pre-register 60 days in advance to guarantee participation.
- Pay 45 days or more prior to the date of the event to receive spectator wrist bands for pre-sale.
- Pay 30 days or less prior to the date of the event and you are at risk of being moved to a wait-list & no pre-sale spectator wrist bands will be sent.
- Pay 29 days or less prior to the date of the event the cost will be $50 per athlete to register.
CANCELLATIONS:
- Cancellations submitted on or before 45 days prior to event will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations submitted after 45 days and before 31 days prior to event will receive a credit to a future event during the current season.
- Cancellations submitted 30 days prior to event will not receive a refund or credit.
- All cancellations and refund/credit requests must be submitted via email to info@bravospiritevents.com to be considered.
Discounts & Increases:
- Programs who pay 60 days in advance will have all crossover fees waived.
- Pay 30 days or more prior to the date of the event to receive early bird price (published price).
- Pay 29 days or less prior to the date of the event and add $5 for one day events & $10 for two day events, per participant.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations submitted on or before 45 days prior to event will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations submitted after 45 days and before 21 days prior to event will receive a credit to a future event during the current season.
- Cancellations submitted 20 days prior to event will NOT receive a refund or credit.
- All cancellations and refund/credit requests must be submitted via email to info@bravospiritevents.com to be considered.
